Beyond: Jurisdiction-gated future

Marketplace integration and user-authorised consultation requests activate only after jurisdiction-specific legal and regulatory approval. Your founding economics are already defined when they do.

The Original UK Cohort holds ten workplace seats: six geographic, four specialism, for claimant employment work signing now. The Setting Expansion Cohort opens one founding position per non-workplace setting as the Rights Passport activates across education, healthcare, housing, public services, and community navigation. Each seat is defined in writing. Once signed, no other firm can hold the founding position in it.

The guardrails are the asset.

Founding status does not purchase ranking, recommendation, user allocation, lead volume or marketplace exclusivity, and no future demand is promised. That discipline is what allows a user-authorised marketplace to activate lawfully, jurisdiction by jurisdiction. When it does, your founding economics are already written into your contract.
