ADHD and reasonable adjustments at work
Something happened at work and you are not sure what it means yet. You do not have to know. If you asked for support because of ADHD, like written instructions or advance notice of changes, and it was delayed or not followed, that sequence can be worth recording while it is fresh.
What may be worth recording
These are factual prompts, not conclusions. Neurotoo does not determine whether anything unlawful happened.
- A support need you described to your employer, in any words
- A specific adjustment you requested, and when
- Whether the adjustment was put in place, partly, or not at all
- What happened at work after the request
Capture it in your Workplace Record
- When you first mentioned ADHD or the impact at work
- The exact adjustment asked for (e.g. written instructions after meetings)
- Dates the adjustment was and was not followed
- Any messages, notes, or task records that show the pattern
Rights Clock
Some workplace processes have strict time limits. Based on the dates in your record, consider checking applicable deadlines promptly.
Neurotoo does not calculate or confirm legal deadlines. This is a prompt to check, not a determination.
